190 Standing seam roofing roll former is the special equipment for continuous rolling and cold-forming on steel sheet.Standing seam roofing roll former adopts coiling steel sheet as the raw material, decoiling, continuous rolling and cold-forming, automatically cut to the size and specification which is required, and output the finished panels manually.

1)Passive Decoiler

Main structure type and features
a)The frame is welded by rectangular pipe in good quality, and it is with firmly stablity and anti-impact properties.
b)The excircle of the coiling block is made up by 4 separate fans on both sides, and it expands the steel coil by tight the screw. There are 2 kinds of screws for being suitable to the coil I.D508mm and 610mm.
c)This is passive decoiler, the steel coil is opened by running the rollers of the main machine.
d)It is simply and easily operation.
2)Guiding device
a)There are left & right guiding bar on feeding port. The steel coil is fed to next unit by the guiding bars and keep them in correct position.
b)The guiding bars can be adjusted manually by screws, and the left/right bar can be adjusted separately.
2)Roll Forming System:
Roll forming system consist of machine frame, transmission parts and roll forming rollers etc.
a) Machine frame: welding structure with blasting treatment
b) The roller is made by high quality No.45 steel with hard chrome-painted
c) The shaft of roller is made by NO.45 with thermal treatment, it`s supporting structure is wall connection.
d) Planetary gear speed reducer motor driven, back/forward roller driven by chain, part of upper/lower rollers driven by gear.
e) Adjust the screw bar manually to adjust the space between upper/lower rollers for different thickness of sheet.
4) Post cutting device
a)This cutting system is made up by frame, cutting mould, guiding device and cylinder.
b)The cutting mould is matched with the sheet profile, it is shear cutting.
c)The cutting blade material is Cr12 with quenched treatment, there is no material wasted after cutting.
d)The guiding device is in sliding block structure for the blade works stably.
e)The power of cutting is provided by hydraulic cylinder. The frame is welded in good rigidity.
5)Supporting Table
a)It is used to support the finished panels and stacking the panels together after cutting.
b)This stacker is in 2 parts, each part is 2m.
c)The frame is welded by square pipes, and there are rollers on the top and screws on the bottom.
6)Electric control system
a) Adopts PLC control technology, frequency adjust speed technology to finsih the automatic production.
b) This system provides human-machine screen, which can set the bat aches, plate length, and quantities.
c) Operating way: Button +Touch Screen
d) Encoder is with the function of calculation and measure the length.
e) Mitsubishi PLC.
7)Hydraulic system
a) Adopts separated hydraulic station to supply power for cutter .
b) Main valve are famous domestic brand.
